These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of sensorynstuff.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from Sensory-N-Stuff LLC (“Sensory-N-Stuff,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them carefully.

By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

Who We Are

Sensory-N-Stuff LLC is a small business based in Michigan, United States, selling sensory bins, sensory bin fillers, playdough kits, wooden tools, and related sensory play products.

Eligibility and Use of the Site

To place an order you must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. Our products are intended to be purchased by adults for use by children under adult supervision.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order, and to keep your account details secure. You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account.

You agree not to use the Site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy it for a competing purpose, or to place fraudulent or abusive orders.

Product Safety, Age Guidance and Adult Supervision

This section is important. Please read it before purchasing or using our products.

• Adult supervision is required at all times. Our sensory products are intended for supervised play.
• Choking hazard. Many products contain small parts, small pieces, rice, beans, pasta, beads, or similar loose materials, and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age, or for any child who still mouths objects.
• Taste-safe does not mean edible. Where a product is described as “taste-safe,” this means it is made from non-toxic materials chosen to reduce risk if a small amount is tasted. It is not food and is not intended to be eaten.
• Do not submerge rice, beans, pasta, or similar dry fillers in water. Doing so can cause spoilage, mold, or bacterial growth.
• Allergies and sensitivities. Some products contain or are made with wheat, food-grade ingredients, dyes, scents, or other materials that may cause a reaction. Please review the product description and contact us with any questions before purchasing if allergies are a concern.
• Store products appropriately and keep them out of reach of unsupervised children and pets.

You are responsible for deciding whether a product is appropriate for the specific child who will use it, and for supervising its use. Any age guidance we provide is a general recommendation, not a substitute for your own judgment.

Products, Descriptions and Availability

We work to describe and photograph our products accurately. Because many items are handmade or assembled by hand, small variations in colour, size, shape, quantity, texture, and arrangement are normal and expected, and are not defects.

Screen and device settings can affect how colours appear. Product images are representative rather than exact.

Products are offered subject to availability. We may change, limit, or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we confirm it and begin processing. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not guarantee acceptance.

We may decline, cancel, or limit an order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, where a pricing or description error has occurred, where an order appears fraudulent or abusive, or where we are unable to ship to the address provided. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled items.

We may also request additional verification or prepayment before fulfilling certain orders.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your use of a payment method is also subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel or correct the order and will contact you before charging a different amount.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping, processing times, tracking, delays, lost packages, and shipping damage are covered by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We ship only to destinations for which a shipping option is available at checkout. If no shipping method appears for your address, we are unable to ship there at this time.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of the package, subject to the protections described in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Because our products are handmade, assembled for each order, or consist of sensory and activity materials, all sales are final. Full details, including how we handle items damaged in transit, missing or incorrect items, and cancellation requests, are set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

In summary: we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind or ordering error; claims for items damaged in shipping must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery with photographs; and our standard resolution for a confirmed shipping-damage claim is replacement rather than refund.

Nothing in these Terms or in our policies limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Promotions, Discount Codes and Free Items

Promotions, discount codes, and free or bonus items are offered at our discretion and may be limited in time, quantity, or eligibility. Unless stated otherwise, they cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. We may cancel a discount that has been obtained through error, misuse, or abuse.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its contents, including product photography, text, graphics, logos, and the Sensory-N-Stuff name and branding, are owned by or licensed to Sensory-N-Stuff LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use our photographs, descriptions, or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission. You may share links to our pages and products.

Reviews and Content You Submit

If you submit a review, comment, photograph, or other content, you confirm that it is your own, that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights, and that it is not unlawful, misleading, or abusive.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and use that content in connection with our business, including on the Site and in marketing. We may decline to publish, edit for length, or remove content at our discretion.

Please do not include personal information about a child that you would not want published.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Site uses third-party services for payments, shipping, analytics, and marketing, and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of third-party services. Their use of your information is governed by their own policies. Disclaimers

The Site and our products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that product descriptions, pricing, or other content are free of errors. Our products are play and activity materials; they are not educational, therapeutic, or medical devices, and we make no claim that any product will produce a particular developmental or therapeutic outcome.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sensory-N-Stuff LLC and its owners and staff will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or our products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sensory-N-Stuff LLC from claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or our products, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of others.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you agree to that venue.

We would much rather resolve problems directly. Please contact us first and give us the opportunity to put things right.

General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Sensory-N-Stuff LLC regarding the Site and your orders.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, practices, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. The Terms in effect at the time you place an order apply to that order.
